Winsor & Newton Winton Oil Color, 200ml (6.75-oz) Tube, Titanium White

White is the most important color and yet its one of the cheapest. Buy large tubes with no regrets.

I use this to blue surface on the surface plate to find high spots. Works great

Im building my own guitar and wanted it to be a nice deep blue. I decided to use artist oil paints (mixed with Tru-Oil gun stock finish) to stain my guitar body (this is not a traditional way to stain a guitar, but I saw some videos on this method and decided to try it). Well, I LOVE the way the color came out! A deep blue that feels like you can swim in it! The black you see in the wood is the wood grain. I first colored the whole guitar black (also using Winsor & Newton paint), then sanded it all back, leaving a dark grain. Then I applied three coats of the Prussian Blue mix on top, followed by many coats of pure Tru-Oil as the clear coat on top. The color is stunning!

I have used Windsor and Newton oils for years, but when I needed a little extra titanium white, I ordered this. Sadly, the tube was all dented and the paint was dried up.
