Returning this product. It refuses to connect my wifi. I even had my neighbor who installs internet for AT&T and it still wouldn’t connect. Super disappointed.

Great value, easy to set up and works great.

The app to schedule is not very friendly and not reliable

Scam. Avoid. Sorry but you don’t need access to my camera, mic, photo library & 24hr location services to enable remote control of plug.

Update: switches stop working after a few days and I need to keep removing from app and re-pairing them. I turn on lights and within 30 sec-10 minutes lights shut off. This is a troublesome issue. I removed a star due to this development. Cannot put two plugs in same outlet these plugs paired perfectly with Alexa and have been reliable so far. I gave them five stars on everything, except for the fact that you can’t stack one on top of the other in a two outlet socket. Because of that, you reduce the amount of outlets you have in the room. Had they been just slightly smaller I could have put two together.

I use these on many of my lamps! These were an asked for gift for my son! Great to come into a dark house and say Alexa turn on the light and she does. I love these and so does my son. Very easy to connect and use.

After downloading the app, plug in the devices, app found them quickly, setup was painless. Alexa integration took a few extra steps, but pretty straightforward.

It’s a great product easy to install and the app is relatively easy to navigate. Over all the product is great for the price

“Offline” ALL THE TIME. Not sure why.
