Make sure your Fluid Film is very fluid... Keep it really warm. If its cold outside keep a bottle of fluid film in by a heater and swap bottles as your current bottle cools down.

This gun is perfect! I used it to undercoat a 1999 Ford F-250 which has a decent amount of rust already on it. I also used it to totally coat a large dump trailer (except the bed) which has some surface rust. The gun and the wands worked flawlessly without a single issue. I was worried about the application due to some reviews I had read, but I had no problems. I used a 15 gallon, 3.7 cfm air compressor to apply. Again , somewhat worried it wasn’t big enough for the job, but it worked great! I gave it a few “cool down” breaks along the way.... The gun/wands sprayed consistently and evenly. The 360 wand was great for getting above muffler guards, inside of frame supports, inside rocker panels and for above the wheel wells. I also purchased the 5 gallon bucket of the NAS product used for undercoating because it was the best price per gallon. I transferred it to 10 one gallon plastic containers so I could easily shake it up and pour it into the containers which attach to the gun. Worked great. Keep the Fluid Film shaken up throughout the process. I recommend this product to everyone. Don’t go with a cheap sprayer.

Used it to spray Fluid Film under my truck. Kit comes with everything you need and works very well. Don’t waste time or money on cheaper alternatives just buy this one it will last for many years and make the job much easier.

A little pricey in my opinion but works great to spray warmed fluid film.

Beware trying to use in winter cause your late getting an undercoat on. If the stuff thickens enough to clog the spray its got a surprise pressure relief that turn it into the Dilophosaurus from Jurassic Park.

The spray gun work great.

Save a bunch of money using this product with an air compressor. I can now buy any product in bulk and make quick work of oiling my commercial mower, jet ski, etc. Usually, it would 2 or 3 cans of WD-40, now, just need 1/2 a can.

I love the gun you can set to put out as much as you want.plus the hoses are good for taking plastic plug out and putt hoses in and spray.
