> 24 hourIve had a PS3 for a looong time, and have loved the FREE online access thru PSN. Sadly enough, my wife and kids are so reluctant on using controllers. Then came the Kinect ... ... my wife immediately asked me to get it! This is coming from a person that never really played console games ... got it delivered from Amazon (thanks for the demo Frys Electronics ;-> ). She loves the way you can control the screen with hand gestures. The kids have also now become familiar of controlling the console using the sensor. Only problem I have when were playing [Kinect-based] games is that since my kids are only 4 1/2 and 3 years old, the avatar on the screen sometimes just stays kneeling down. Weve been enjoying the bundled game (Kinect Adventures.) Unfortunately the other two games we bought (Dance Central and Kinect Sports) are just now collecting dust. The only time we use Dance Central is if we feel like exercising and just give these old hips of ours a roll (too bad its also just a single player mode). Kinect Sports on the other hand .... hmmm ... well see. CON: I hate the fact that I am now forced to pay the subscription to XBox Live Gold. Since this is now the primary console of choice at home, we NEED to have XBox Live Gold to stream Netflix (as the wife puts it, its easier for her). Well see what she says after the GOLD subscription expires (What! $50 a year !!!). Did I forget to mention that I did NOT tell her the 1 year subscription was not part of the bundle? All PS3 games have been traded in ... and now the PS3 is just a BD player (sigh). END OF CON =>

> 24 hourDelivery could not be made to residence because of no unit number, so I had to go to the local UPS distribution center. Once everything was hooked up and ready to go (easy installation) the fun began. The Kinect feature was amazing. I had relatives over and everyone was joining in on the fun. The internal WI-Fi is definitely a plus here, compared to earlier models. No Ring of Death as of yet. Hard drive POST was incredibly smooth and quiet. Graphics are great. Nice black fascia design. Audio response on Kinect is a nice feature to maneuver through the different options On screen. Madden 11 looks realistic with a 120Hz HD LED TV. A great buy all the way around.

> 24 hourLove the motion sensor! A little freaky but so cool. I feel like Im in the future! Lol. Love the fact that I dont have to hold a controller while Im playing. More freedom of movements. And it really detects every part of your body. You need feet coordination too! :)

> 24 hourDo not buy they 4G version of the 360, you cant play Halo: Reach on it as well as a few other games I cant recall right now. The 4G is only a flash drive and not a hard drive. You will have to pay for the 250G hard drive anyway and its cheaper to just buy the 250G bundled version in the first place. Microsoft really should be ashamed of themselves for putting this version out and not warning people.

> 24 hourLove the XBOX with KINECT. Havent owned or played a video gaming system since i was little but love this one. The console and menus are easy to use. The KINECT provides a controller free ability and i LOVE it. Would def recommend this system to anyone looking.

> 24 hourNice system. If you continue play of more advanced games, you will need a hard drive. My recommendation is to get the biggest one possible.
