    The 12/3 50 cord to replace my old Yellow Jacket cord is very flexible but does not lay flat on the cement floor like my old cords do, which is a tripping hazard in our shop. Like nearly everything I buy now these companies cheapen up there products to keep there shareholders happy instead of there customers. Sent them back, find another sucker to buy this junk you make

    This is a quality 12ga cord. Lighted end is very helpful to see that the cord is plugged into a live outlet. I will definitely buy again when I need another cord. This cord should provide years of service

    I have been using Woods yellow cords for a long time for mobile DJ use. I recently decided to upgrade my cords from 14/3 to 12/3 gauge to get a thicker cord. The 14 gauge cords are thinner and easier to handle than the 12 gauge cords so buy the size needed for your application. For light use with small items or simple household use, go with the 14/3 gauge. For power tools or anything heavy duty, go with these 12/3 cords. The ends are constructed very well and light up when power is present. Overall the cord is well made and very sturdy.

    The Yellow Jacket 2885 12/3 cord appears to be of good quality but only time and some dragging it around outdoors a bit will tell how durable it is. The jacket is slicker than my previous cord so itll be easier to clean. Ill know in time which type of cord is best for my purposes in a year or two.
