Yeowww! 100% Organic Catnip Toy, Yellow Banana 3 Pack

This is the second time I bought this item. The first one my cats played with for two years and it still gives them pleasure so I surprised them with new ones this Christmas.

i purchased this here because local pet store that carried this item was sold to someone else and now new oners that have bought the store dont carry this kind of catnip and this is the only kind that my cat likes. i ggave one to my sister becasue at christmas time i brought over some loose catnip of this yeow brand and the cat really liked it so when i found them here at amazon i ordered the 3 pack of them and i split price with my sister so she kept 2 for her cat and i kept the other one for my cat. my sister said that she has tried other brands of catnip too and this is the only her cat likes too. so if you want to get some really good catnip i would recomend giving this brand a try if you look too they also sell it losely and in other toys too.

First - most cats will like this, but some cats simply do not react to catnip. If yours is in that group... dont bother. With that said - I cant tell you how many of these things weve bought. Our cats go crazy for them. We have to replace them periodically not just because the catnip inside gets stale, but because the outside is chewed through, slobbered on until it gets completely icky, or otherwise just clawed to bits. We bought a pack to bring to a friends house and his FIVE CATS universally adored these things. Seriously. We saw cats wed never seen before because they were too scared to come out, and one sniff of these things brought them out of hiding. (Your mileage may vary.) The nip is very strong and fresh. The moment we open the plastic, the odor wafts out. The cats always perk up when that happens. Seriously - if I forget what product this is, all I have to do is look for yellow catnip banana and there it is. Trust me, this is THE THING.

I bought one of these a couple of years ago. Thought it was a little pricy, but it got great reviews. About the size of a medium banana and very banana yellow. Within a few days, it was fairly disgusting looking because my two cats attacked it, slobbered on it and carried it around the house non-stop. Its also large enough so my big cat can hold it to his chest and rabbit-claw the crap out of it with his back feet. The original banana was beginning to come apart and was waaay too disgusting to go into my sewing machine, so I decided to replace it. Considering how long it had lasted and the amount of abuse heaped on it by my cats, I had to rethink my initial thought that its pricey. Cheap at twice the price and the three-pack is even more cost effective. Buy them, your cats will thank you.

I don’t know what kind of extra special nip are in these bananas but HOLY MOLY did the cats go friggin BANANAS over them. The package arrived in and envelope and I set it on the counter and went to work in my home office. 10 min later I hear a ruckus in the kitchen and went to check what it was. The cats were trying to tear through the package! That’s how strong the nip is. So I toke the package open and gave them their new toys, and the reaction was nothing short of amazement followed by me feeling like I’m a cat drug dealer. This stuff is pure ecstasy for them. They were high af! They’ve never reacted to a cat nip toy like these. When the potency wears down I’ll have to supply them with more. I made a video but can’t get it to upload. We have 2 cats and they both love these bananas. One is a big 23 pound cat and he will lay on the banana so the little cat can not get it. It must be very strong catnip because they go crazy for these. It is so much fun to watch them.

Our cats absolutely LOVE these bananas. They hold up better than most catnip toys, and we put the extra catnip in a jar and reseal these up to recharge them. We have a ton of these and the cats never get tired of them.

My cat loves these so much I ordered more. He carries them around the house and totally attacks them. Unfortunately, they are not exactly a match for his enthusiasm and the constant bunny kicks and bites can occasionally take their toll. Fortunately, they are easy to stitch up again. Catnip spills aside, these are great!
