> 3 dayThis is the best cat toy I have purchased. My cat is absolutely addicted to these. I am happy I can buy them in bulk, as he destroys them in about 3 days. I have given these to friends and family and no other cat seems to treat them quite the way mine does... He will play with them for hours, then finally hug them and begin to chew them open. Once hes gotten an end of the banana open, he starts to lick all the catnip out. This is usually where I throw it away and get another one from the freezer (as other reviewers have noted, this both contains the catnip smell and keeps the catnip fresh). If I wait too long, I come home to a bunch of empty yellow fabric and my darling Nigel rolling around blissfully in a pile of catnip. He has other toys that he plays with and no other destructive behaviors, he just... loves tearing open these bananas. I have purchased other catnip toys from this brand (the rainbows, the lemon, the apple and a pumpkin) which have all eventually met the same death as the bananas, but he doesnt carry them around the house and hug them the way he does the bananas. If it keeps my fat little former stray happy, I will buy him all the bananas he wants.

> 3 dayI would have given this 5 stars as our cat loves these and this is his 3rd or 4th. However, I am hesitant to give him the banana as the glue from the label has left a sticky residue which I doubt is good for my cat. Yeowww! Please use something other than glue on these. Cats chewy on these and glue cant be tasty or good for them.

> 3 dayMy cats LOVE these. Of all the catnip toys we have purchased, these are the ones our cats seek out to chew on, carry around the house, and drool all over. We have one who talks and talks as she plays! On the packaging, when the package arrives, the cats know and sit on the box. Their noses know.

> 3 dayRalph will lie on the floor and hold the toy banana with his front paws, while putting all his strength into vicious rabbit kicks with his hind legs. I actually feel sorry for this poor banana.

> 3 dayYeah there are lots of catnip toys around, but in 50 years of living with a cat I’ve never seen a toy that they react to like these. I don’t know if they use more or better catnip, but there’s nothing else like it. I’ve given these as a gift and keep buying fur my cat they are the best.

> 3 dayand our two cats absolutely love their bananas. Ive bought them a number of times over the years (2 at a time), and these never grow old. They do lose their potency over time (many, many months), so a repurchase is necessary.

> 3 dayMy cats adore the bananas. They toss them around and bat them across the floor or grab them and kick and bite them. However, like some of the other reviews I spotted, the fabric is not really quite up to that much focused cat energy and gather holes quickly. The second time my cats played with a banana, one of them managed to pull out a thread along the seam, exposing the contents. I expect to get more in the future, but would appreciate a somewhat sturdier fabric even if I needed to pay another dollar or so for it.
