YETI Tundra 35 Cooler
-
Now Dads cool..
> 3 dayPictured for comparison is this Yeti 35 vs this Rtic 65. With only a $9 difference, compared to size difference, going with the Rtic is a no brainer. Unless you just have to have the yeti brand, I highly recommend the Rtic 65 rotomold cooler! Rtic in all honesty out performed the yeti with cooling retention. BY FAR. (Yeti was VERY disappointing, placed ice in cooler inside house and was surprised the next morning half of it was melted, INSIDE the house over night, perhaps a faulty unit who knows, but price and size hade going with Rtic quick) This Yeti 35 is enough for 6 cans and some snacks with ice. Not very practical for more than one person. The Rtic on other hand.. well you can see, easily fits 48 cans and snacks) Hope this helps.

> 3 dayThis Yeti is amazing. I love the tray inside that keeps some items up above. I use it for camping and also for just hanging out in my truck in case I pick up take-out or groceries.

Greater than one weekI got this cooler as a Christmas gift for a friend. He loved the color and size. He has been impressed with how long ice stays frozen. It fits perfect in the back of his truck.

> 3 dayWe have wanted either a cooler that can plug into 12 volt or electric or a better one like a Yeti. We had ordered a plug in cooler but it came damaged so we returned it and figured if it can crack apart that easy in shipping it would not hold up camping. We have heard Yetis hold ice and coolness a long time so decided to try on and very happy to report after 8 days still had some of our original frozen ice bottles. Now in a warmer climate we are using ice and in and out of it and it still retains the ice for days, very happy!

> 3 dayHad my expectations a little to high, I work in roofing and I would take it up on the job site and ice would simply not last as long as I thought but still a good cooler nun the less

Greater than one weekI have had lots of different coolers, from Igloo, RTIC, Coleman, you name it. I was really hoping that Yeti would be a cut above, so I finally got one to keep sports drinks, waters, and an occasional beer in for ball practice and just here and there trips. This tundra doesnt keep ice, pre-cooled, unopened for more than 2 days, just cool water after 2 days. I am disappointed, I could get this performance from a much cheaper cooler.
