Greater than one weekTook this Yeti on our vacation and the food was kept very cold. There was still ice in it for the drive home 5 days later. Worth the price. This would make a great wedding gift!

> 3 dayKeeps items cool for a long time. The performance price ratio is only average though as there seem to be other competitive products that cost far less and maintain cooling as well.

> 3 daySpending this amount of money on a cooler is crazy; I waited a year and went through two other coolers before I bit the bullet and bought one. It is not very convenient to carry, I wish it came with wheels like my Igloo. The only downside is that in order to get the max Ice retention ability, like you would need before a car camping trip during hot weather, it needs to be seasoned with Ice a couple of days before you leave. Two days before we leave I buy a sacrificial bag of Ice to get the cooler to temperature. The day we leave I empty it, put in a fresh bag, it holds about 14 pounds of ice, depending on cube size, and the ice will frozen for 6 days! As I would expect with a cooler of this size and construction it is very heavy especially when full.

> 3 dayI have several Yeti coolers of all sizes. They all stay secure and cold for several days even in direct sunshine out on the lake. But this one seems to be eating my ice. It has taken a fresh bag of ice daily because it melts too fast. The Yeti I replaced with this one takes a bag every 3-4 days in the same climate. Maybe this one is defective or maybe this size of cooler just doesn’t stay cold. Either way I never thot I would give any of my Yeti’s anything other than a 5 star rating. But this one hasn’t impressed me at all and I will going back to my old one.

Greater than one weekI got tired of going away for a weekend only to have the ice melted the following day. Works great.

> 3 dayI didnt believe it until I saw it. Recovering from shoulder and ankle surgeries and needed a lot of ice readily available. Have an ice maker. Ice in this cooler lasts for DAYS! Granted, the cooler is sitting in my house but a coleman cooler of approximately the same capacity had NO ice after HOURS under same conditions. I am a camper so this will be a great asset while traveling. Pros: Badass cooler, heavy duty construction, many accessories available Cons: EXPENSIVE, target for thieves (will steal the COOLER not the stuff inside!) I recommend this to anyone who is serious about extending the life of their ice!

> 3 dayI was happy to get the dark blue color for retail price and not jacked up to $460. I own and use a pelican elite 30 daily for work on a job site in florida. I will update this review once I have had a chance to use the cooler a bit in the same exact way I do the pelican daily.
