After measuring and ensuring the counter-clockwise fit was what was needed, replacement of the old hose went well. It is a well made and durable replacement.

PLUGGED INTO WINDOW ATTACHMENT EASY. HEAT LEFT AC UNIT AND ROOM DURABLE.

It didnt quite fit my LG portable AC. There is air leakage at the AC end. The other end is no problem. Same thing with all these hoses, the hot air will ear them down and these will break eventually. But at least replacement is easy to find now.
