Greater than one weekI have a small business and this is awesome for printing out shipping labels for my orders. It saves me so much time having to have the local post office do it. It was simple enough to set up and so far has worked great.

> 3 dayI find that the print quality is not the best. The labels often have to be printed twice for the barcode/info on the label to print visible.

> 3 dayIf you read the review that I originally posted, I talked about how three of us couldn’t get the printer to work correctly. First of all, I want to say that the customer service for this company is absolutely stellar and outstanding! They have been in contact with me continuously to help me to figure out what it is that’s going on with The printer and why it didn’t work. They even sent us more labels so that we could keep trying to get it to work! This morning we decided to hook it up to a different computer and to see if operating it that way made it work. We started at the beginning of the operation manual, which, by the way, is very thorough and its description of how to connect it to Windows or Mac computers. We went step-by-step, downloading the driver from the website to installing the paper and running a test print from a Word and Adobe file. We didn’t have any eBay labels to print right at the moment so we weren’t able to do it from there, but it worked just fine printing out both a Word and a PDF file from those programs. After some research this morning. I found that there are settings on eBay that need to be done in order for the label to properly Move to the thermal printer. If, for no other reason, the customer service of this company to ensure the quality of their product, and the care of their customers is worth the effort to get this product running for your business Having said all that, thank you for your customer service and I would recommend this product for sure now!

> 3 dayProduct Packaging: comes in a retail box, all accessories individually wrapped, usb cable and dongles, usb stick with drivers and video instructions. Product Experience: I was hesitant to install drivers from a usb, but after scanning the drive, the files were safe. The android app was easy to use and quick to connect to the printer via bluetooth. Setting this up with windows using bluetooth was a bit tricky as the instructions were designed for windows 7/10. After installation, the printing was straight forward similar to my older zebra printer that failed. The quality was very clear and thermal ink resists most rubbing alcohol tests. I had hoped that the label tray was somehow connected to the printer to take less space, but it worked with a bit of extra desk space. Pro: Product, once properly configured Con: Bluetooth windows setup, external label tray Overall: Recommended, especially for wireless printing.

> 3 dayI have had other label printers, but this was the first one I got that was bluetooth connected. I wasnt sure if it will be responsive enough (print lots at once) but turned out to work just fine. The installation was pretty simple, and the pairing process was very normal. It prints like printing to a normal printer The quality is average as it is a thermal printer, and requires proper labels for it to print. In other words, it doesnt use ink. The speed is quite fast and it works very well. Great label printer for light to medium duty.

> 3 dayIm in IT and am a fan of automation and part of that is label printing. I have label printers suitable to label network, computer wiring and electrical equipment. I have label printers suitable to print address and return addresses for individual correspondence & mail merges and Ive now added this printer suitable to larger thermal labels like shipping labels. Setting this printer up is a snap. It differs from all the other thermal printers I have in that you dont store the labels to be printed internally but feeds them into the printer from behind. So theres an extra exterior tray. This extra tray can accommodate both rolls of labels and fan folded label stock. The software compatible to IOS, MAC OS, Android and Windows installs easily and is simple to use. To test it, I down loaded sample labels and ran the printer through its paces. Its very fast and does a beautiful job. I tested the codes I printed and my barcode reader had no problems reading them. All the major freight companies encourage their customers to print their own labels and I have a number of clients who would benefit from having a setup like this this.

> 3 dayComes with everything to start printing labels and a variety of options to connect to a computer or phone. The labels come out very nice. It is very easy to setup and it takes no time at all. The app has bad reviews, but it has worked perfectly for me. So far everything is beyond what I expected. The only issue I’ve noticed thus far is if there isn’t more paper to feed into the printer, it won’t print properly.

> 3 dayInitial setup was not the easiest (not the best instructions), but once set up its a decently little printer. You can use an app to print any PDFs like pdf shipping labels. The print quality is more than acceptable and since its thermal, you dont have to worry about ink or toner. Over all Im pretty happy with it!

> 3 dayI managed to connect via the USB cable to print a test label - which it did, followed by spitting out half a roll, then reporting an irrecoverable fault. Rebooted wifi, printer and my laptop and the fault remains, leaving me with a completely unusable printer.

> 3 daySimple printer to use. Didnt have any issues connecting with it. I dont use it frequently, so I cant say how it would handle large quantities of prints, but for me, its great.
