> 3 dayI used this printer for printing labels for my little business, which is not that busy. The printer was easy to set up and download the program to my computer. It is easy to connect. It prints the labels nicely. Moreover, I tested the printer for printing simple drawers just to feed my curiosity. It printed the drawings well, but, it didnt print nicely when there were too many details in the drawing. The printer can bring special labels of your brand but wont be able to print if it has too many details.

> 3 dayI was looking some thermal printer that I can take with me for the business trips. Since I do go to trade show to trade show, sometimes I have to send dozens of order from the hotel or from the convention centers across the country and finding a printer and sending was a pain on the neck. Now, with this portable printer, I can just print the label on site, stick it to the product and drop off at the post office or UPS easily. The printing quality is okay, not fantastic, but the only thing I care is that prints okay to be able to read and scan! At least this printer do meet those requirements :)

> 3 dayThis is easy to setup and use. I can print my labels completely from my phone! All I did was download the app and follow the directions. The printer is very fast and relatively quiet. It comes with a roll of labels to get you started. I have a small business, and I use this for printing my shipping labels. It works great and saves so much more time than fighting with my large ink printer. It also makes my packages look clean and professional. A must for small businesses!

> 3 dayThe main feature that I like about this label maker is the easy of use and connectivity. No weird USB-B printer cables or requirement to connect to your local network. Simple Bluetooth allows printing on the go when travelling for work. Print quality is similar to other thermal label printers I have tried, maybe a little bit lighter than average but nothing that impacts legibility or ability to scan barcodes.

> 3 dayThis thing works great and has a really good print quality. I have used this about ten times now and have had no issues when using Bluetooth or the USB. I used to pay my local UPS $6 to print the label and now I print it at home or in my truck. This is portable and easy to use. The app isn’t the best but does work pretty good once you get the hang of it.

> 3 dayI managed to connect via the USB cable to print a test label - which it did, followed by spitting out half a roll, then reporting an irrecoverable fault. Rebooted wifi, printer and my laptop and the fault remains, leaving me with a completely unusable printer.

Greater than one weekIf you read the review that I originally posted, I talked about how three of us couldn’t get the printer to work correctly. First of all, I want to say that the customer service for this company is absolutely stellar and outstanding! They have been in contact with me continuously to help me to figure out what it is that’s going on with The printer and why it didn’t work. They even sent us more labels so that we could keep trying to get it to work! This morning we decided to hook it up to a different computer and to see if operating it that way made it work. We started at the beginning of the operation manual, which, by the way, is very thorough and its description of how to connect it to Windows or Mac computers. We went step-by-step, downloading the driver from the website to installing the paper and running a test print from a Word and Adobe file. We didn’t have any eBay labels to print right at the moment so we weren’t able to do it from there, but it worked just fine printing out both a Word and a PDF file from those programs. After some research this morning. I found that there are settings on eBay that need to be done in order for the label to properly Move to the thermal printer. If, for no other reason, the customer service of this company to ensure the quality of their product, and the care of their customers is worth the effort to get this product running for your business Having said all that, thank you for your customer service and I would recommend this product for sure now!

> 3 dayI recently purchased a brand new MacBook Air and wanted a new label printer to go along with it to sell a few things online. After finding this one, I immediately got it and was giddy at the idea that I could finally get rid of the things I had. To my disappointment, however, this label printer was beyond horrible. It simply did not work. Following the instructions provided on the usb provided, you must install a software that allows you to access the printers features and settings, but to my disappointment, it just didn’t work. After trying absolutely everything (even going as far as to download everything from their website), nothing would work. So as I could not use the printer at all, I suggest you do not purchase this item as it may be waste of your time as it was for myself.
