20-11-2024If you read the review that I originally posted, I talked about how three of us couldn’t get the printer to work correctly. First of all, I want to say that the customer service for this company is absolutely stellar and outstanding! They have been in contact with me continuously to help me to figure out what it is that’s going on with The printer and why it didn’t work. They even sent us more labels so that we could keep trying to get it to work! This morning we decided to hook it up to a different computer and to see if operating it that way made it work. We started at the beginning of the operation manual, which, by the way, is very thorough and its description of how to connect it to Windows or Mac computers. We went step-by-step, downloading the driver from the website to installing the paper and running a test print from a Word and Adobe file. We didn’t have any eBay labels to print right at the moment so we weren’t able to do it from there, but it worked just fine printing out both a Word and a PDF file from those programs. After some research this morning. I found that there are settings on eBay that need to be done in order for the label to properly Move to the thermal printer. If, for no other reason, the customer service of this company to ensure the quality of their product, and the care of their customers is worth the effort to get this product running for your business Having said all that, thank you for your customer service and I would recommend this product for sure now!

> 3 dayThis label printer is portable, which is handy. The labels are easy to read and print pretty quickly. It is easy to use by connecting it by Bluetooth to my phone. If you ship often, this could be a real time saver.

> 3 dayThis Bluetooth+USB thermal label printer arrives with a (spool+fanfold) label feeder and a small supply of fanfold 4x6 thermal shipping labels. The same printer engine is used by several additional brands, so I expect that printer utility/reliability/durability will be on par with current industry standards. Badged a Beeprt model BY-436BT, Beeprt supports printing from a modest set of operating systems/devices/label_generators. If your requirements are within that modest set, this kit is download-an-app-then-plug-and-play. I found support from Beeprt for some of my devices/desired-configurations lacking (in particular: MacOS bluetooth printing, linux [USB or BT] and CUPS). After searching by model number, I found some other badges support configurations for this print engine that Beeprt doesnt. With some effort, I was able to cobble together the information/drivers/PPDs necessary to fully integrate the printer with my menagerie of devices. (Hint: it appears that the printer speaks Zebra EPL2. One may need to edit acquired PPDs to include desired label page sizes.)

> 3 dayI run a small business from home where I’m required to send out packages, this little thermal printer does exactly what I need it to. I’ve seen better on the market but for the price this one is fine. There is a small learning curve and the app has improved a lot. There is still much room for improvement on the software side but with a few updates hopefully it gets better. Still 5/5 stars.

Greater than one weekI had wanted this label maker to make them swift, neat & fast. Sorry but this just doesn’t do the job. It’s none of these things. In fact, I could have written out about 20 labels at the same time!!

21-11-2024I was a bit worried about setting this up properly, but it took less than 5 minutes for me to be printing quick and quality labels. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayThis printer is great if you print a lot of labels! I used to print out the labels on a regular printer and then cut them out and tape them, this is so much easier! Ive been using it for a few days and its been great so far. It takes a little time to set up but once you are done its fairly easy to use. In order to print the labels, you do have to save them to your phone and then print. When I turn the printer on it doesnt take long to connect either. Highly recommend! Worth the money.

> 3 dayComes with everything to start printing labels and a variety of options to connect to a computer or phone. The labels come out very nice. It is very easy to setup and it takes no time at all. The app has bad reviews, but it has worked perfectly for me. So far everything is beyond what I expected. The only issue I’ve noticed thus far is if there isn’t more paper to feed into the printer, it won’t print properly.
