> 24 hourThis device only worked for about 12 hours. After that it stopped responding to remote commands. I attempted to exclude and include it my z-wave network again with no luck. It also does not have a UL listing printed on the back.

> 24 hourThey do work with SmartThings hub, but I was unable to add them via the new app as they are not listed as a compatible brand and search did not find them. Had to add them via the SmartThings Classic app. They are now visible and functioning as expected in the new app. Instructions are vague and clearly not translated well. Overall a good value, but I am an experienced smart home geek and these gave me some trouble setting them up.

> 24 hourThis I write for my fellow ISY 994 Pro ZW users... I installed a z wave Schlage lock on an insteon network... so obviously the lock did not work.... I chose this as an additional ZWave item repeater... it works perfectly.... buy these 2 or 3 or 4 if the distance from the Schlague Lock is far from the ISY... think of it as creating a network of ZWave to enhance the grid of Zwave coms... these are the best because when adding Zwave units to ISY you really need to have it close to the ISY... (insteon allows to connect even if it is far away from the ISY... zwave has to be close for the first time adding... the closer the better... once added you can move it to the desired location just remember to heal Z wave network afterwards... try to build your se wave grid having some units... for me I needed 3 to achieve good connection to ISY but each case is different.

> 24 hourI purchased two of these in August 2021 to use with two different lamps, and as of January 2023, they are both failing. There’s something wrong with the dimming mechanism. Whenever I use Alexa to turn them off, they do turn off, but Alexa says something went wrong. Then when I turn them back on, I get the same error tone from Alexa, and the dimmers have been set to 1%. I purchased two of the same switches, but without dimmers, at the same time, and they are still working. I have a ton of smart switches that I’ve had for years longer than these two switches, and all of them are still working as well as the day I bought them. These switches are way too expensive to be failing after a year and a half.

> 24 hourI’m using two of these. I’ve connected them, to my 4G backed security System what supports Z-wave. Now I can reboot my modem and my router remotely, in case they don’t respond anymore, when I’m not home. Works for what I wanted it for.

> 24 hourWorked with many Z-Wave products in IT, these are great little units for table lamps, reliably connecting, responsive, superior dimming capabilities. However, be cautious, I have ordered a few of these and some indeed were the right product, sealed and brand new. A few other clearly were re-packed and contained some cheap off brand product. Very disappointing, as Eva Logik makes some great products, just open yours and make sure you actually get what you ordered and it’s truly a new one.
