Greater than one weekI was not able to get this to connect to Smarttings hub. The hub found it quickly, but then gave a security error and the plug was not useable.

> 3 dayWorked great for a little over a year. Zwave integration to home assistant was easy. Range extender works as it should. After a year, the lights plugged into the dimmer outlet began to randomly dim to off and then back on. For the cost, I guess I shouldnt expect it to last.

> 3 dayI have used other name brands in the past but wanted to try something else. I like it better. The unit is smaller but still provides two outlets; One Z-Wave and one standard. You can turn the unit on/off manually via the button on the front which lights up in white when in use. The instructions provided were comprehensive. I was able to get it to pair with my SmartThings hub without issue the first time. Would absolutely buy again for an indoor lamp/plug module.

> 3 dayWhile less expensive than other modules it comes at a cost of speed. I have nearly 50 z-wave switches at the house and most all are Jasco, GE or Honeywell. I decided to try an off-brand due to the positive reviews and while it worked there was just too much of a delay for my liking. So I returned them and purchased Honeywell modules and what a difference for a few dollars make. Theres nothing like turning on/off or adjusting the light and have a quick response vs waiting 3-5 seconds for the change to take affect. No comparison, buy a brand name and dont look back.

20-11-2024These are awful. They came up in smart things relatively easy but that is the only good thing I can say about them. They have a mind of their own and any change you try to make to them does not stick. The brightness adjustment is useless since it will just jump around randomly after you try to set it to something. They are hit or miss for simply turning them on and off as well. I would return them if I hadnt tossed the boxes.

> 3 dayI purchased two of these in August 2021 to use with two different lamps, and as of January 2023, they are both failing. There’s something wrong with the dimming mechanism. Whenever I use Alexa to turn them off, they do turn off, but Alexa says something went wrong. Then when I turn them back on, I get the same error tone from Alexa, and the dimmers have been set to 1%. I purchased two of the same switches, but without dimmers, at the same time, and they are still working. I have a ton of smart switches that I’ve had for years longer than these two switches, and all of them are still working as well as the day I bought them. These switches are way too expensive to be failing after a year and a half.
