Greater than one weekThis item is looks great but I am bot able to activate and connect with Alexa. So, need to make easy installation, in the market there are so many smart plugs but others are so easy to activate. Definitely need to upgrade this item.

> 3 dayWorked great for a little over a year. Zwave integration to home assistant was easy. Range extender works as it should. After a year, the lights plugged into the dimmer outlet began to randomly dim to off and then back on. For the cost, I guess I shouldnt expect it to last.

> 3 dayThey do work with SmartThings hub, but I was unable to add them via the new app as they are not listed as a compatible brand and search did not find them. Had to add them via the SmartThings Classic app. They are now visible and functioning as expected in the new app. Instructions are vague and clearly not translated well. Overall a good value, but I am an experienced smart home geek and these gave me some trouble setting them up.

> 3 dayNo problem connecting to my smart things… I don’t have a neutral wire running in my house so I can’t use any of the dimming type switches... To control non-smart lightbulbs.

> 3 dayBought a few of these to add to my HomeAssistant Zwave mesh. Added to HomeAssistant with no issues. Have a light connected to the smart plug and a dehumidifier connected to the always on. Been rock solid thus far.

Greater than one weekIve tried other, more name-brand and expensive dimmer outlets. This one is much cheaper and I dont miss any of the features compared to the more expensive ones.

> 3 dayPros: ✔️ Short response time ✔️ Works great with SmartThings (detected as an EVA Outlet) ✔️ Having the outlets on the sides permits placement behind furniture ✔️ Pass-through (always-on) outlet allows an extra appliance to be plugged in ✔️ Configurable parameters include LED on/off, auto on/off timer, and relay memory* ✔️ Timer and relay memory can be configured right on the device via button press sequences† ✔️ Has a user-configurable association group (in addition to the lifeline group) (*) The device can be configured to turn on, turn off, or return to its last state after a power outage. (†) The timer and relay memory settings can be changed without involving the hub, which is great since many Z-Wave hubs either dont support or are moving away from allowing devices advanced parameters to be changed (looking at you, SmartThings ⚰). Cons: ❌ Bulky and with a loud relay ❌ No energy metering ❌ Comparatively pricey

> 3 dayTo start off with, I hate leaving negative reviews. I always give the benefit of the doubt. However, these switches *seem* to be of very poor quality. I purchased an initial batch of two. The first one worked perfectly. Second one was dead out of the box - load stuck permanently on, no response on the button at all. I did a return per Amazon, and a new one arrived the next day. This one immediately presented problems out of the box - LED on button not responding when outlet is on. Unit failed half-way through the pairing process. Now, LED is stuck permanently on, as soon as the unit is plugged in to the wall. Completely unresponsive to the main button. Sending that one back as well. I hope its a temporary quality issue, but 1 for 3 is not promising.
