> 3 dayMy son is 4 and has broken his iPad about 10 times. I was using another brand for digitizers but the button would always break and get stuck. I see decided to give this brand a shot although it was a couple dollars more. Well I’m glad I did, this digitizer feels like its higher quality. I will definitely be using this brand from now on. Edit: Once again my son broke his screen so I re-purchased the same screen. This time everything worked great except the home button. No biggie I just removed the home button from the cracked screen which still worked. Just a tip if you guys don’t feel like sending it back and waiting for a new one.

> 3 dayMy 12 y/o daughter and my husband repaired my 17 y/o daughters old ipad screen which was shattered from top to bottom. The repair wasnt super difficult, but getting the original screen off was a pain (Even with a heat gun). If your screen isnt shattered/cracked it would be much harder. The replacement digitizer worked well and functioned properly, however, the screen by the ribbon cables was popping up a little bit, it didnt change how the screen worked, but we expect we will have to re glue it in the future. Overall, i think the screen is great, but the adhesive isnt as strong as it should be.

> 3 dayMy old screen was badly cracked from a drop and came off in pieces rather than one nice big piece. So pieces and adhesive had to be scrapped off very carefully around the edges so as not to damage the lcd screen. Be very careful removing the old screen near the speakers as the adhesive may be stuck to those! Had to reheat the frame repeatedly after removing the lcd in order to get all the screen pieces and adhesive off. With the lcd out, the battery is exposed so be careful not to damage the battery. The lcd connector is a bit tricky as there is a small locking piece you flip up, then pull out the connector below it. Reinstalling is just the reverse. There is a protective plastic film on both sides of the new screen, so the only thing you really need to clean with the wipes is the lcd screen. I used wet first, then dry, then waited a few minutes for a thorough drying before removing inside plastic film and adhesive covers from the touch screen and installing it. It allows some time to set, so you have time to turn the iPad on and test things before squeezing the screen firmly to set it. I used a magnet to magnetize the screwdriver for installing the tiny screws, and a utility knife and razor blade scraper to get all the old adhesive off. After all that, the new screen works great!

Greater than one weekPrompt shipping at a critical time. Product was well constructed, packaged and the included tools were very helpful. Installation was easy and it worked well on powerup without any fuss. The function was just as the original. Overall I am very pleased.

> 3 dayThe screen was very easy to install, and all of the tools that it came with only helped the processes further.
