Wheel pins broke off from my wheel when we picked the luggage up at baggage claim. Not how you want to start a trip. Also these wheels dont spin in a straight line and are frustrating to use. Want a refund

My 21” Samsonite carryon, which had barely been used, needed new wheels. It had been stored in a hot garage for quite some time and the plastic on the original wheels started to crack. I was pleased to find these because I didn’t want to throw the suitcase away. Installation requires a lot of patience. The external part with the wheels is a good fit; however, I couldn’t get the internal backing plates and the new screws to fit, so I reused the original ones. It worked well!

I used this product to replace a broken wheel on my Wenger Swiss Gear luggage. The holes didn’t line up exactly, but close enough that with a little muscle power, it worked.

These are not the wheels shown in the picture or based on the description. Shameful! What a waste of my time!!!

The hole pattern was good. The back plate is too wide, had to use the old back plate from my old part.

I used this kit to replace the 4 spinner casters on my 26” Samsonite. I had to wiggle the casters a bit to get them to fit in, but they were very close. The only “trick” was which screw to put in/tighten first. I didn’t have to cut anything. Way cheaper than a new case. Recommended.

This was a perfect fit for my samsonite luggage! It also came with the insert (secures from the inside of the bag) and screws.
