The hole pattern was good. The back plate is too wide, had to use the old back plate from my old part.

These wheels were purchased to replace originals on older Samsonite carry-on bag. The external units fit existing holes. However, internal plates and screws had to be switched with those from the original wheels, in order for the wheels to be securely attached, which took considerable effort to accomplish.

These are not the wheels shown in the picture or based on the description. Shameful! What a waste of my time!!!

Didnt fit!

I liked these wheels but had to send back as they didn’t work for my large luggage.

Old wheels on suitcase wouldn’t turn , found these that looked close had to enlarge the holes in suitcase as these were not an exact match and had to use longer screws. Works great.

The product appeared to be good although they did not fit our particular piece of luggage. Still reading to receive my return label, not very quick in coming.

I had a wheel get stripped on a recent trip, so I contacted Samsonite to request a replacement. They indicated that they did not offer replacement wheels (or not for my particular model.) This was extremely frustrating. Did they expect me to throw the suitcase in the trash and buy a new one due to one broken wheel? How ridiculously wasteful. I thought I would give these a try. The hardest part was getting everything lined up correctly. Youre working in tight quarters in the corner of a suitcase, so it wasnt the easiest install, but through no fault of the product. Once I finally got it on, my suitcase is rolling great and it seems very sturdy. Ive got another trip planned in a couple of months, and if I should have any issues Ill update the review, but it seems like a great fix and Im very pleased at this time.
