Handle was not high enough.

The outer pocket and zip failed and stitch broken after first use. Hope it could be more sturdy.

But if you take a smaller plane, you will end up checking the bag. Other than that, it is a great bag with lots of pockets. Rolls smoothly.

Very heavy before putting anything in it.

I bought this luggage for my daughter who is a college student. She has quite a ways to walk between the parking lot and her apartment. She has used this luggage a few times already and loves it. Rolls easily, sturdy, zippers work well and handles are strong. I feel that this will be something she can use for a good many years. Very pleased with this product!

My mother had been looking for just this because she travels allot. She loved it!!!!!

This tote worked perfectly for a three day trip. It holds a lot if you pack wisely and I didn’t have to check or gate check this bag. Having tight connections makes this the perfect choice for travel. I did not try it under the seat but I think it would fit on most planes. Spinners worked great.
