Perfect Im pleased about the item

The quality of the suit case is good but when you take a look at the quality of the zipper, you come to find out that barbie clothes have better quality zippers then this.

Too bulky- doesn’t hold much

Bought this carry on for one of my friends who travels a lot. She has taken it on an international trip and an in country trip already since having it. She loves it! Light weight and easily maneuvered in her trips.

I love this luggage. I used it as my carry on for Delta flights, and it worked out perfect. There are so many pockets, I had enough space for a week long trip. Also, the inside has a snap-in toiletry bag, which was probably my favorite thing. Super happy with the quality, had only one mark on it after being thrown under the airplane. The picture is true to what the purple color looks like. I would buy again.

Lots of zipper compartments for easy access without having to search main compartment

Great size; need to pack in cubes for a weekend.

Arrived with top pushed down and front zipper broke and off track. I also purchased a Samsonite underseater and was able to compare the two. American tourister just seems cheap and not user friendly. Handles are firm and get in the way when trying to use storage areas.. I was glad the zipper was defective so I didnt have to keep it! Side pocket does not zip all the way down. Inside compartment seemed cramped.

Stitching falling apart after one trip. Does not balance and constantly tips over. Horrible quality and will be returning.
