Zoom Softside Luggage with Spinner Wheels (Navy, Boarding Bag)

We bought the carry-on and it was perfect and love it. So, we bought the 26 to match. When we took it out of the box, we noticed the side had 2 bubbles in the material. looks like the material has separated from the stiff backer. If it wasnt so close to our trip, I would have sent it back for exchange or refund.

Product defective. Teeth missing from zipper on expansion side so it wont zip. Returning product.

I like the suitcase and seems well made. I am apprehensive about whether it will be accepted as a carry on. I will be flying on Delta in September and I am hoping that the inch difference will be ok. Fingers crossed.

First time using this luggage on my way to overseas move and the handle broke. Very disappointed.

Lightweight, with great internal capacity. Excellent for travel.

Swivels well, holds a lot of clothes, plenty of pockets. light weight, sturdy, color as shown.

Nice little travel carryon suitcase. The reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the Zippers are very weak. The zipper on the side pouch broke before it was even used for vacation. I was zipping it to close and the zipper came off track. There is no way to repair it, so now it just an open side pouch. :(

After purchasing and returning about 4 other suitcases, this was the winner for my mom. She works for an airline so she needed a carry on size that also expands for all her schtuff. This is perfect for a weekend away or short trip flying stand by. Also, the luggage glides with ease and is easy for my older mother to haul around the airport.
