I heard about mouth tape from my sister in law. She said her dentist recommended she try it. Her and I both have TMJ and I have been snoring lately and was getting to the point that I was clenching even with my regular appliance so I thought I’d try it. I found this brand on Amazon and so far I’m loving it. I am not a mouth breather so wearing this did not bother me. My jaw was relaxed and because my mouth stayed shut, my snoring has stopped to at night! I am not clenching or grinding either. The tape is sticky enough to stay on all night but not too sticky that it hurts to pull off. Really glad I found this!

Great value—more strips for the price compared to other brands. Adhesive is pretty strong—stays on all night unless I put oil/heavy lotion on. Skin doesn’t seem sensitive to the adhesive.

Worked great at holding mouth closed. Didn’t hurt to remove.

I tried this mouth tape when the other brand I was using was discontinued. I’m glad I found it. This mouth tape provided a better seal and was more affordable than the other brand I was using. I’m able to get a better night’s rest because of it!

This product works really well. I use these every night. The glue is perfect, I dont need to use a glue remover on my face the following morning.
