Great at night, it forces you to sleep with your mouth open which is great because it prevents you from having other health issues, I would recommend to buy.

I never was really into sleep optimization until a friend of mine told me about nasal breathing and the profound impact it had on his energy levels. He recommended this mouth tape to me. the adhesive is secure and works well when I need to reapply the tape in the middle of the night when I go to take a drink of water. Great value for the price.

These are gentle on your skin overall (though I get chapped lips often so that can suck a little bit taking them off in the morning. I snore loudly and though these don’t always get rid of the snoring completely they make it easier for my wife to get some sleep.

These are really great quality. They stick well but don’t leave a residue. They are just the right size too.

We previously have tried a couple different athletic tapes for my daughter. This is so much easier and she can do it herself without us having to cut/tear tape pieces. These are also less bulky which she likes. They still fall off at some point in the night, but other tapes wouldn’t even last while she laid there trying to fall asleep, so that is a win.

This tape has been life changing for my sleep. Covers my mouth, stays out and doesn’t budge! It was an adjustment at first as I’m usually a mouth breather, but once you get acclimated it’s amazing!
