I heard about mouth tape from my sister in law. She said her dentist recommended she try it. Her and I both have TMJ and I have been snoring lately and was getting to the point that I was clenching even with my regular appliance so I thought I’d try it. I found this brand on Amazon and so far I’m loving it. I am not a mouth breather so wearing this did not bother me. My jaw was relaxed and because my mouth stayed shut, my snoring has stopped to at night! I am not clenching or grinding either. The tape is sticky enough to stay on all night but not too sticky that it hurts to pull off. Really glad I found this!

Had a lot of trouble with other mouth tape just not sticking through the night, but this one finally did the trick! Would recommend.

These mouth tapes are used when fall asleep on the commuter bus to and from work for my snoring problem. The adhesive is strong and keeps my mouth shut so I will not disturb the other riders. Excellent product.
