My doctor had expressed that I should tape my mouth at night, that it helps with getting a more restful sleep. I decided to give these mouth tapes a try. They are in an X shape and I just placed over my mouth before bed. The adhesive was strong enough to keep my mouth closed but did not cause any skin issues (and I have very sensitive skin). With the X shape it still allowed for the sides of my mouth to use a straw and I did not feel claustrophobic with it on. Very comfortable. I love that you get so many in this pack too. Highly recommend if you are looking to try mouth tapping and want to get the best quality product inexpensively!

I’ve been snoring all my life and I know it effects my significant other who sometimes has a hard time sleeping next to me. This mouth tape is a great solution not only to help her to sleep without me snoring, but also for myself to be able to breathe through my nose and not my mouth. I highly suggest it to all the snorers like myself.
