This steamer works great!! Great price, easy to use. It’s important to read the reader safety as to not get burned. Gets all dirt out. My couch is visibly cleaner. I have 4 dogs and 3 kids, furniture and rug look brand new.

I bought this steam cleaner to clean some tough messes on my cars floor. It did a great job. The hot steam got right to work and I was able to easily brush out the junk stuck to the carpet. So I decided to try some other attachments and dirty spots in my home. Bathroom tile needed more than just steam. I added detergent to special detergent tank and was able to get bathroom tiles clean with a stiff brush and the soapy steam. Soapy steam also did a good job on hard water stains on glass shower doors with the squeegee attachment. I was able to get a lot done with just one tank of water. You do need to wait a bit for the tank to depressurize before refilling, so big jobs will take longer. But for its size, it works great for me with all of the attachments.

UPDATE- Seller has replaced this steamer for me twice under the 2 year warranty. I think they may still be working some of the kinks out. 1st unit lasted about 2 weeks. Replacement #1 lasted about 3 months. I am now on Replacement #2 and so far so good. I had no problems with their customer service. I was called back immediately after leaving a message after 2nd unit failed. Within 2 days of my request for replacement, they shipped new unit to me. I do still have concerns regarding the quality and reliability of the unit however am relieved that so far the warranty is being honored. Used to clean my shower once or twice, and bathroom fixtures. Next day plugged in and got nothing, no lights, no heat, nothing. It seems to just be dead. I should have heeded the other reviews

I used this for cleaning my bathroom floor and shower grout, it did clean it well with the round scrubber attachment. It worked well for my couch where my dog threw up, it left no odor after it dried. It is easy to fill and heats up fast. The top fill spout cap locks when the water is hot so it cant be refilled until it cools down. The water capacity is decent for the size.

I love this little steamer. I am astonished with the job this little steamer delivers!! Ive found so many uses and am very pleased with the results. I had some questions when I first got the steamer and was impressed with the prompt reply from the seller. They seem genuinely concerned about satisfying the customer.

This thing really works on getting very hard to clean things around the home clean. However, here are some things that need to badly be improved on this awesome little but big impact machine. (1) The way in which the final smaller attachments (larger attachment extensions are fine) dont easily or always lock into place needs to be made to do so (2) I had a pressure cap fail on me and this needs to be able to be prevented and for it not to be a death sentence to getting back up and going again. Getting it off required drilling and work that your average donut yourselfer isnt prepared to do to get it back up and going again. The labor time to get it fixed incentivizes refund or replacement (3) Also the plastic or non-metal scrubbing attachment that shrivels under its own high heat after a few runs and likes to get grease stuck to itself needs to be made of a material that can make these issues go away. (4) I understand the utility of it being smaller and hand held but if a much larger reserve water tank can be added for greater time length between fillings of water then this thing will make so many more people satisfied and happy. For the price its already awesome but if these things I mentioned can be done I think the entire world will rumor that everyone needs to own one of these for the price. Some of the great things I havent mentioned is the window cleaning feature, the locking steamer button trigger, the detergent container feature.....More to say but Im tired and have to get back to work ....

Was nervous of handling this as it is an intimidating product but it proved very easy to use and handle. Instructions are simple to follow. Got gunk out of small crevices in the bathroom.

Great steamer! Easy to use, it last longer due to a larger water tank. Also: great costumer service. I had a request and they are sending me a new one right away! Very responsive! Highly recommended.
