I purchased this after seeing someone use it in a Reel for cleaning grout. I have stained floor grout in my kitchen that was driving me nuts. I have spent $200+ on one visit for a company to clean my tile and grout, but the stains were still there. I used this product to steam all the grout lines in my kitchen, breakfast nook, and hallway. Took me about 30 min in total because I did have to depressurize and refill it. (Do follow instructions to unplug and cool for 5 minutes or hot water will spray out.) The grout looks great and did a much better job for a quarter of what I spent before. It was fascinating to watch the steam and water force the food and particles out of the grout that a commercial cleaner couldn’t mget out. Since it worked so well, I took it outside to clean the tracts and deep grooves of my front door and front porch this morning. This isn’t an area that I can use a pressure washer without damage so I wanted to see how this would do. I had tried wiping and cleaning normally, but yellow pollen was in the grooves and looked grungy. In less than 5 minutes, I completely cleaned the grooves and tracts and had it looking like new. I’m going to try this next on my bathroom shower to address some buildup and clean the grout there too. I’ve also seen someone use this on car floor mats that need a good cleaning so I plan to try that too. I definitely recommend this. It’s a handy tool for when elbow grease alone just doesn’t get the job done. I’ve already gotten my money’s worth from this weekend’s projects and look forward to finding other uses for it.

This steamer works great!! Great price, easy to use. It’s important to read the reader safety as to not get burned. Gets all dirt out. My couch is visibly cleaner. I have 4 dogs and 3 kids, furniture and rug look brand new.

Easy to use. Makes cleaning chores easier

I purchased this steamer for one main big issue at our seasonal home. We purchased this condo which was about 7 years old. One of the showers has bone coloured tiles and grout that was stained very badly with hard water stains and the glass door was totally covered from top to bottom with hard water stains and scale,that seemed an impossible thought it could be cleaned. I heard reviews of these steam cleaners, did some research on Amazon and due to the many positive reviews and the excellent price I decided to give this one a try. Well it took awhile to arrive to me due to a secondary transport company, but when I got it I went to town in the kitchen, the toilets everything and I was very impressed. Time to tackle the shower. I still was unsure of what would happen, so started with the tiles and grout. It did take awhile to get it clean. I used one of the included hard brushes and after an hour and a half the tiles were totally like new. All the discolorization had disappeared. It was a hard job, but it worked. I decided to tackle the glass door the next day. I got set up with the bristle brush and started in. Believe me I worked hard. I had to go little by little but after 2 hours, the entire door was completely clear of the hard scale. I was just so happy. I decided a week later I would do our floor to ceiling lined drapes. I got ready to go, plugged in the machine and nothing. The light did not come on...I moved to another plug, nothing. Got my manual out to troubleshoot, nothing. I got back on Amazon and looked though the screens and screens of reviews and found a couple of people with the same thing. I was upset because of where we are located with a return or resend but it was only used a few times and thought I would contact the seller. I managed to get a person at Amazon that got me set up to send a message to the seller. He answered by the next day and sent me out a replacement. What excellent customer service!! So my new one arrived to me a few weeks later, and today I fired it up. Redid the toilets, sinks, shower and one set of drapes. The drapes look great, I will tackle the rest this week. I hope I just had a lemon, and this little work hose will keep going. I plan on buying another one for our home when we leave here in 2 months. I will update this if anything changes. If you are thinking of getting a steamer, do it. Just makes you feel good having everything cleaned so well.

I bought this to clean my shower glass panels due to our hard water here in Southern TX. The unit was good for cleaning grout although the floor got a lot wetter than I expected. I also used it on the shower door and got fairly good results leaving the glass clear whereas it had been very stained. Good versatile tool. Had some trouble changing out attachments, stiff to push on (I am a middle aged woman).. One final concern is regarding the life of the scrubbing brush as it wore quickly when I used it to clean grout on the kitchen floor. It was effective though (we have dogs so it had a lot to do).

It is great to clean with steam in such a compact but efficient manner. Only issue is nozzle coming off during clean, I may just need more practice changing the nozzles.

This product came very quick and worked so amazing to clean my couch I steam cleaned it the other day and it smells and looks so much better. Really great product and I definitely recommend it to anyone that needs an easy cleaner to use. Really easy to get going.

I used this for cleaning my bathroom floor and shower grout, it did clean it well with the round scrubber attachment. It worked well for my couch where my dog threw up, it left no odor after it dried. It is easy to fill and heats up fast. The top fill spout cap locks when the water is hot so it cant be refilled until it cools down. The water capacity is decent for the size.

This thing is a BEAST! It cleans so well, especially with the brush attachments. Huge bonus that you can use it to steam out wrinkles in clothing as well. There’s an attachment for anything you may need to use it for. Very handy tool to have in your home.
