I just tried out my new steamer this weekend and am super impressed with how powerful it is. I love that I can add detergent or cleaner. With my previous steamer and floor mop steamer I can’t do that. Customer support is amazing. They followed up and I asked how I can get more replacement copper wire brushes specifically since I use those often for my tiles. They sent me an entire accessory kit free of charge!! Can’t wait to continue using my steamer in rest of the house!

I use this steamer for couches and cleaning the bathroom. I love that I can put essential oils or detergent to get things extra clean. My first order had a defect that made it extra leaky but customer service sent a replacement right away. Good tool to have on hand!

Use it to clean my car windows sneakers you name it!! It did the job easy to use and easy to store recommend for small jobs around the house as well!

This thing is a BEAST! It cleans so well, especially with the brush attachments. Huge bonus that you can use it to steam out wrinkles in clothing as well. There’s an attachment for anything you may need to use it for. Very handy tool to have in your home.

Steamer worked miracles on dining stools. white towel attachments are not enough and went back to order extra but cannot find. What can I use once they rip? Another issue is you cannot suction excess water so you might get drip lines. Besides that it does clean.

Needed to replace an old steam cleaner that conked out. We were refreshing grout in a shower. Cleaned with Dawn, rinsed, then used this steam cleaner. All was exquisitely clean and ready for the grout pen painter and two coats of sealer. The shower looks brand new again. The steam cleaning removed the last of any mold and cleaning product. I will use this awesome machine every time steam cleaning is appropriate. See photo. Coloration is natural in the slate.

I love using this to steam clean twice a year to pick up any old grime in my nooks and crannies, and the attachments are great for all sorts of neglected areas. My other 10+ old trusty cleaner sadly died, so I purchased this one. The only down side so far is that there is no strap to carry the cleaner with you, and it has been tipping over if I set it down. I wonder if the hose has to stretch a bit to become more flexible? Possibly. Will wait and see!
