Just got this yesterday because I was losing the battle to keep the tile grout clean. Why does white tile grout even exist? Anyway, don’t judge my before picture of our shower. The steam definitely helped get it clean. It still took some elbow grease and bathroom cleaning spray, but the steam got it closer back to white than I’ve ever been able to get it. On the hex floor tile picture, you can see the upper left corner of the picture is the tile that is not cleaned yet for comparison. The grout just looks darker on the washed part because it’s still wet, but the marble tile definitely got very clean and the grout dried clean too. The reason for 4 stars and not 5, is that it leaks a little when you hold it tilted, which you have to do with some of the attachments. Like to use the attachment to clean the shower glass you have to tilt it and it leaks. Also the brush nozzle attachments don’t lock in place. There’s no mechanism to lock it. You just have to push it on tight and hope for the best, which I did, but it popped of a bunch of times while using which is annoying. Anyway, still good product and effective for the cost. Would recommend.

I have a large steamer but wanted a smaller one for smaller jobs. It’s a pain to drag out a large machine for a small job. After shopping around, I picked the Puetz Golf EM317 Hand Steamer. I am very happy with this steamer. It even has a detergent container for use on hard to clean materials. It is well built, works great and easy to use. I would not hesitate to purchase this again and highly recommend this product. Paul Elliott

I’ve been looking for something to deep clean tile and those hard to get to areas in my car. This thing works like magic. A couple quick blasts and it comes right off. Works great on carpets stains too.

This product has helped me clean numerous stains that have been difficult to remove. Not anymore.

It helps loosen grim and dirt. But you should know, its not pressurized at all, the hot steam helps loosen the dirt but does not pressure clean. You gotta have alot of arm work. I shouldve known by the size of this thing. Also, the attachment brushes kept falling off as I was scrubing.

I love this little steamer. I am astonished with the job this little steamer delivers!! Ive found so many uses and am very pleased with the results. I had some questions when I first got the steamer and was impressed with the prompt reply from the seller. They seem genuinely concerned about satisfying the customer.

I am using it to deep clean 30 years of grime and grease on my TEXTURED kitchen tiles. It works very well. The tile has crevices which are hard to reach with a regular stick steamer or even a mop alone. I have to move the unit inch by inch because the largest brush attachment is about 3/4 of an inch. It has removed everything. I only wish it had a larger and or spinning brush. Holding it on the right spot is not easy because the unit is heavy.

It did a great job of getting thick soap scum off o glass shower door. However, the switch to use soap mixture is in an awkward place making it easy for your finger to accidentally shut off the soap. Also a detachable cord would make storing it easier.

I use this steamer for couches and cleaning the bathroom. I love that I can put essential oils or detergent to get things extra clean. My first order had a defect that made it extra leaky but customer service sent a replacement right away. Good tool to have on hand!
