It was very hard for me to use even when I let the hose warm in the sun. Not for older folks that are weaker.

for $8 you cant go wrong. especially if your doing a lot of hole for drip irrigation hose. does exactly what its designed to do and very sharp. Dont bother trying to use the back end for pushing in the spaghetti house to the nipples, it doesnt seem to fit in the groove. a screwdriver nut driver works for pushing in the nipples to the main line much faster.

Not much use untill you drill a 7/32 hole in one of the slots . Then you can use it to hold 1/4 barb fittings while installing them on tubing.

Excellent tool for irrigation repair. Easy to use and very reasonably priced.

After struggling with the tool provided with another product, this tool made puncturing tubing much easier. Im glad I purchased it. As for the insertion function, I couldnt make it work.

For those of us older gardeners with arthritic hands, this helps to install 1/4” hose with barbed fittings into 1/2” drip hose.

Works well. Don’t push too hard or you might go through both walls
