> 3 dayNot much use untill you drill a 7/32 hole in one of the slots . Then you can use it to hold 1/4 barb fittings while installing them on tubing.

Greater than one weekIm not sure that Rain Bird 1/2 inch drip tubing is really made to have emitters pushed directly in by a human. Making a hole first with this tool really helps.

> 3 dayThe punch worked perfectly (thus the 3 stars), however the insertion tool did not work at all. When pushing the barb into tubing, the barb tended to slip off the holder as force was applied. I gave up and just used pliers to do the insertion, which was so much easier.

> 3 dayUsed for my drip system. Worked as it should, sturdy and easy to use. Point is sharp. If you want holes in your main line to run drip lines....this will work! Would buy again if needed. Buy one and punch some holes!

> 3 dayPuncture end worked really well as expected. The cable connector feature for my application worked really well for my application. I was inserting a barbed fitting into a hose if you put your thumb and forefinger finger as shown in the pictures and press in at a slight angle towards the underside of the tool it pushed in the barb quite easily. There were reviews saying it didn’t work for them but in my application it worked very well.
