20 Box Fan, 3 Settings, Max Cooling Technology, Carry Handle, White (G20BOX-WHT)

So the fan is okay, nothing about it particularly impressed me or upset me, but the main reason Im giving this 5 stars is the great customer service. I had only turned it on a few times over the two or so months I had it, and for some reason one day when I went to turn it on it wouldnt work. I thought it was that little fuse in the plug (which is a nice touch, I think) so I replaced it and it still didnt work. Then I thought, maybe there is warranty so I contacted their customer service. They said they would like to send me another so I was like sure, why not. Well, just the other day I received TWO, which is pretty awesome. I dont know if it is a mistake or not though I should probably reach out and check..but anyways Im impressed with their customer service and am glad I didnt buy an even cheaper one. The season just changed so I probably wont have a chance to test it until at least the spring Im thinking, but if something goes wrong it is good that you can count on them making things right!

This fan puts out a lot of air and is still very quiet when its running. We love it!

Brilliant design. There is no top handle, so you can stack these fans if need be. The handle is in the right corner, contained with in the design. The feet on the bottom rotate out. It fits perfectly on my window. Im really happy with this purchase. Would recommend this design over other cheaper designs. Its just more functional. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

FITS PERFECTLY IN MY WINDOW. INTERESTINGLY IT CAME IN BLACK COLOR AND WAS PICTURED IN WHITE. I NEVER OWNED A BLACK WINDOW FAN BEFORE SO I DECIDED TO KEEP IT ANYWAY.

This is the third fan I own of this type and they have been flawless. Only problem with my most recent order is my invoice says white and Amazon delivered a black fan. Even shows the blk model number on the delivery photo.

We liked this fan and purchased 2 more before the heat wave was over. The “feet” work well and it is stable at all speeds. In fact, I would have given it 5 stars except the lowest speed setting isn’t very low.

Its not loud as in the box part of the fan is moving around but the actual fan wind noise is perfect. We like the wind sound in our rooms so this is exactly what we wanted. Its strong and well made. My daughter keeps it on the medium level, where our previous box fan had to be on high. Once I have to replace our other fans Ill definitely be purchasing another one of these.

This is a terrible design . It has a tiny 2.5amp fuse that is inside the plug. After figuring out why there was no power , I took apart everything . The on off speed control switch clearly says that in 3 speed it’s 5 amps . I guess they didn’t realize that on speed 3 , it would be using more amps than the fuse can handle . Easy fix = cut the cord . Attach new cord with no silly fuse .

I love this fan, but cleaning it is a horrible things. I saw there weren’t any descriptions of how to. 1.) there is a screw on the button you need to unscrew 2.) you need to take off the speed volume button. Just pull up and it should come off. 3.) then you can pull. The front is on a track rather than it being able to pop off. So you should pull from the bottom toward yourself. 4.) clean!

Place this fan in front of a window and you can pull or push lots of air. We place it in front of a window facing out and pull cool air thru the house in the evening. Works great.
