This laptop was exactly what I was looking for. It arrived a day sooner than expected and I had no issues with packaging. Im not super knowledgeable about computers but I had information from a really helpful person at a big electronics chain. This laptop had everything he said I should look for. I am not a gamer, I use it for grad school and everyday stuff so it is perfect for me. I have only had it for a few days, but so far I love it. At this point, I would definitely recommend it!

Nice looking computer when you open it. The fan started immediately running and never shuts off for longer than maybe 5 seconds. It’s loud. Like really loud. After getting MS office installed and using it, the screen randomly blacks out. This happened within 2-3 days of opening it and using it. I would have to restart the computer and lost my work. Gave it another chance and it seemed fine for one day. The next day same thing; blacking out. The fan is extremely annoying. Sent this back and ordered a Dell with nearly the same specs, no issues at all. Also the noise pad is super annoying. Has buttons on it you have to click rather than clicking the mouse pad.

I bought this computer in 2020 as a backup and only used it for 30 minutes just to make sure it worked. Turned it off, put it back in the box and left it until I needed it for a trip 3 months ago. I have now been using it for just 3 months -- so the computer has been used for 3 months and 30 minutes, basically. And this morning, I plugged it in and it blew up.

Problems started about 1 month after purchase. 1day after return date,of course!!! Freezes every 5 minutes or so. Tech support,NO help so far. Also had trouble getting it to charge. Had to get tech support twice. Big mistake!!!

Great computer! Fits perfectly for school duties! It’s have everything, light weight, touch screen, and more!

Great laptop for our soon-to-be college student this fall. Need a solid computer for online class work, look no further. Our son loves it. It is a great size and does everything he needs it to do -- at an affordable price(!). No, it is NOT a high performing, accelerated graphics, gaming computer, so if that is your thing, look elsewhere. But it gets the job done for all your basic academic computer needs.

I love the size , looks like a notebook ,but no its laptop...with all the bell and whistle. It has touch screen (how cool is that). It has Cortana . ( she talks to you). Wirless to your printer and mouse. OH! did I mention the size perfect.

I bought this computer on 10/1 for my daughters new job. It was easy to set up, light, and fast (with bare-bones apps). Ill update once she starts using it for work and lets me know how it is.

I have has to reinstall the operating system twice in the last six months. I told HP Support I wanted a new one and they said no, I had to go through Amazon and that they would not replace. Im so disgusted.

Beware
