Seems sturdy enough for a couple of trips but does not fit. I have two 28 American Tourist hard cases and it would not fit either one. I had read in reviews it was small but that it an understatement. Maybe it works on other brands of 28cases.

So ill have to update this but so far so good I havent traveled yet so Ill have to wait after I get back from my trip to know for sure but it fits perfect so no issues there

Height is a little short, 2” more would be perfect.

After its first trip when we got the luggage no cover its was gone it had trouble fastening with Velcro kept popping open

After traveling earlier this year, my luggage was so filthy I threw it away. I bought some new luggage and was certain it would end up the same way so I looked for covers. The covers are exactly as described. After traveling cross country several times since then, the cover was really dirty and my bags were good as new. Two downsides: The cutout for the side handle is horizontal and my handle is vertical. (Can the seller offer options?) The bottom straps are secured using Velcro. The Velcro should be larger to ensure they will stay fastened. Double sided Velcro strips solved the problem. The item is inexpensive in comparison to the cost of good luggage today.
