This item fits. It is true to size. After reading reviews about suitcase protectors/ covers not fitting I was concerned it might not fit. I have the hard shell Samsung 28 inch and it fits perfectly!! Handle areas and closes underneath too. I like the clear so I can see my beautiful suitcase. I plan to put stickers and write my nick name on it just to personalize it. It seems sturdy and like its good quality plastic but I will have to see after usages. I just got it. But so far it is a thumbs up!

Loved the durability and it has protected my luggage on an International flight as well as a Domestic flight!!!

Bought it to protect the luggage from baggage handling and from the weather (i.e. rain). The fit is OK but the handle opening is in the middle and the luggage handle is off center due to the zipper. Getting the handle out is not ideal. The fit is OK. I was able to close the flap on the bottom to secure the cover. However, if TSA decide to open your bag, they will not put it back correctly. I lost one in transit. Second cover was barely on the luggage. Third one was OK. I decided this was not worth the effort so I just left the cover at the destination hotel to dispose.

A pesar de que no es tan mal producto, cumple con lo básico de protección al equipaje. El problema está en el trato que le dan en los aeropuertos que hacen que se rompa con cierta facilidad. El cierre no es muy seguro.

I haven’t gotten to use it yet but the reviews had me worried it wouldn’t fit my 28” but it totally did! Didn’t need to size up.

I had previously ordered this cover and it was great. I ordered 2 more for same size suitcases and they were not the same cover. Did not close/fit at the bottom and were terrible Quality.
