Very light weight plastic. Velcro alignment was off, had to add some. Was completely torn up hanging by my luggage tag on the belt. Did not protect my new white luggage

This cover is very cheaply made. One use and it is torn. It should be listed as disposable suitcase cover. Would not recommend.

Item wasn’t sturdy enough for the wear and tear that suitcases go through. By the time I landed at my destination it was ripped and hanging off one suitcase and the second was missing from the other suitcase.
