Ordered a 26 cover for a different suitcase and was delighted to find it fit my new London Fog 24 softside ((17wide, 10-12 deep) perfectly. The height had 1.5 to spare and it will accommodate the expansion feature. Many 24 suitcases are narrower than17 inches and might be fine with the 24-inch cover. Mine needed the 26-inch cover.

This item fits. It is true to size. After reading reviews about suitcase protectors/ covers not fitting I was concerned it might not fit. I have the hard shell Samsung 28 inch and it fits perfectly!! Handle areas and closes underneath too. I like the clear so I can see my beautiful suitcase. I plan to put stickers and write my nick name on it just to personalize it. It seems sturdy and like its good quality plastic but I will have to see after usages. I just got it. But so far it is a thumbs up!
