Greater than one weekThe subject says it all. One of the two pack leaks from the connection to the Spectra bottle. I couldn’t figure out what was happening at first but lost a bunch of milk because of this. I will buy again because I can’t find the size I need elsewhere but am disappointed.

> 3 dayI was nervous to buy these because the smallest flange sizes Spectra had on their website was 20mm and I was worried these wouldn’t fit with the system. These flanges fit perfectly with all the parts that come with the Spectra pump and having the CORRECT size flange made my life bareable again! I was about to give up on breastfeeding and pumping until I finally saw a lactation consultant at 6 weeks out and found out the 24mm flange that comes with the spectra pump was way too big and causing me extreme radiating nipple pain. The consultant recommended I try the 17mm. I looked all around and I HIGHLY recommend these for anyone experiencing nipple pain from pumping with the wrong size flanges!

> 3 dayI had to leave a review because maybe it could help some mums out there. I was using the spectras 20mm and 21mm, I was experiencing sensitivity & pain. I had read about the importance of flange size so I decided to purchase these in 18mm (for references my nipple size pre pumping is 15mm and post pumping 17mm). Well long story short, wow, the difference is just wow. Don’t give up and find your flange size, it will drastically change your pumping for the better. No more pain, yay.

> 3 dayI was pumping using a size 24mm for 2-ish months before realizing I was really a size 17mm. The hospital I went to only carried size 24mm and 28mm flanges, so I was told I was a size 24mm. Dont trust them! Use a nipple ruler and find out your true size!!! Life saver! Pumping with ease now!

> 3 dayJust like the Spectra flanges. If youre pumping and not getting anything out but still left with full breasts, your flange is probably too big. If youre using the standard 24mm honestly its probably too big. You have to measure the nipple only, just the little button, then add a few mm to it. I was having an awful time pumping, kept feeling numb, starting getting less and less milk but constantly felt my letdown forcefully. I measured my nipple finally and after trying the 19mm first, seemed to find a perfect fit here. Your areola should not be going into the flange! Thanks maymom!

> 3 dayLove these. Thanks Maymom for making some flanges that actually fit me. Smaller sizes available than what I can get through Spectra.

Greater than one weekThis is the brand my lactation consultant recommended, great quality product so far. Had no idea knowing nipple size is so crucial to take into account while pumping - turns out Im 17mm, much smaller than what breast pumps come with by default. Tell every mom you know! The standard flange size is TOO LARGE for most women, its not average at all - which can be detrimental to milk supply.
