02-06-2025After trying to pump with my Spectra S2 pump for months I finally discovered the standard flanges were way too big. I was super discouraged when I found out spectra didn’t offer anything smaller than 21. But these are perfect! They attach wonderfully with my pump, hoses and valve.

> 3 dayI’m really happy to have a properly sized flange & good quality duckbill valves. While the lid screws onto & “fits” the Spectra bottles, it is NOT as good a fit as the Spectra flange lids. It seems like the tops may have too much tread, so if you bend over & your bottle happens to tip, it will leak around the tread. If you advertise something as fitting, that should not happen. I cannot tell you how upset I was when I noticed the amount of milk that spilled around the tread of a closed bottle. No bueno. I think I will just get flange inserts and use the Spectra flanges to prevent any spilling. Annoying.

> 3 dayThese are have been wonderful! Normally 24mm and 28mm flange sizes come with most pumps. I’m very thankful for this company to make smaller ones to fit other women. Helps milk production and prevent mastitis when you have the right size.

> 3 dayThe first pair I bought had clearly been used (the packaging was ripped, there was grime on the flanges) and not cleaned which is just not sanitary for any baby. I returned those and got a new set. Second set was unopened and clean. They work just fine, just beware you may have to buy multiple until you get an unused pair. It’s hard to find 17 mm flanges otherwise I would’ve tried from a different brand given the first pair I bought.
