Using this on my Ender 3 S1 and I was reluctant to be honest because the one that came with it is pretty good on its own. After reading reviews I went for this one and its amazing. Glad I did. The prints pop right off when cooled, or if youre impatient like I am, the flexibility on the plate makes it easy to pop off warmer pieces, even tiny ones. Never had any adhesion problems using solely this (no glue, tape, etc), and I dont even use a brim in 99% of cases. Get this and youll thank me later.

I was never able to get prints to stick to the glass bed without using an excessive amount of glue stick. And even then, it was iffy if the print would stick throughout the entire print process. I switched to this PEI flex bed and as long as I keep it clean, prints stick every time. Best advice to maintain one of these is to use acetone or 91% IPA (I use IPA from the pharmacy). You can preclean the surface with a kitchen degreaser prior to using acetone or IPA if there are lost of fingerprints or grease/oils. If you have good prints on glass bed, I still recommend this for large/major prints.

Why didnt I get it sooner

Amazing product!!!!! I won’t be going back to a glass bed anymore. I’ll be purchasing more for my other two printers.

Faster warm up time than glass and Ive had no adhesion problems at all since i started using it about 2kgs of filament ago. Prints release easy with a slight bend of the plate. The best 3d printer upgrade Ive done yet!

I purchased this flexible build plate to replace the one that came with my Creality Ender 3 S1 PRO. I was having issues with my prints not adhering to the plate, and I (incorrectly) surmised that the build plate was the issue. My prints failed to stick to this new build plate as well, and the problem was eventually resolved by adjusting my slicer settings in CURA. Now prints stick well to both plates. Although it was ultimately unnecessary, having a spare build plate on hand (if the original ever gets damaged) is worth the purchase price IMHO.

Does everything claimed

Puts a nice texture on the back sides of a print, did take a minute to dial in Z offset. Lot of the research said the first layer tends to need more squish.

This bed plate looks exactly like the one that came with my Ender 3 S-1 Pro, but for some reason is so much better than the original. I have had bed adhesion issues from day one. Only a couple of filaments that I have used adhered to the bed plate without having to add glue. But almost every print I have done since I received this plate has adhered very well. I have filament from a few different manufacturers (Overture, CC3D, Ploymaker, etc), and I have only had a couple of minor issues. I will purchase this plate again if I ever have the need to replace it.
