> 3 dayThis mat is a great addition to our 3D pen. My students use it as a guide for 3D Pen production pieces. It uses silicon as a base with outlines of shapes that the students follow with the pen. They are able to create component pieces that are the same size every time, making assembly a snap. Students are excited to use the mat and get going much faster and with more accuracy. I cant wait to see what they construct with the pieces they are making with the 3D Pen and Mat.

> 3 dayShe liked my 3d printers and wanted to do it herself so I got her a 3d pen and then this. She likes it a lot and has made a few things with it. She wont let me post it though.

> 3 dayDidnt realize how thick and sturdy this is until my son opened it this morning. Bought it to go with his 3d pen. Works great! Even has divots to help guide his 3d lines and where to draw them. Worth the money! Big in size too!

17-04-2025I use this mat with a 3D pen. It has grooved shapes on one side, but the other side is flat. It’s transparent enabling me to slip an engineered drawing beneath and following those blueprint lines.

> 3 dayGot this with the 3d printing mat for my 9 year old. Firstly, like all these 3d pens, you really need a lot of practice before you get good results. Having said that, this device does work. It heats up very quickly and loading the filament proved easy enough. You can leave the filament in between uses, just make sure you dont use the back button before warming up the device. The packaging was nice and contained some starter PLA. Issues: 1. The speed button is odd. The slowest speed pushes no filament out at all, and the fastest is too slow 2. There is no stand, that small bit of plastic missing means that there is no where to rest your pen 3. The tip is plastic and has a habit of catching plastic as it leaves. This is not inherent to this pen, but better pens have metal tips where its a lot easier to remove the stuck plastic.

> 3 dayVery very nice mat. It is a very think and good quality material. Have not used it yet but can tell it will be very durable. I thought it would be just a little thin mat but it exceeds my expectations.
