Works well! Kids enjoy it and it can save you in particular 3d print repairs when used to fuse parts together.

This mat is a great addition to our 3D pen. My students use it as a guide for 3D Pen production pieces. It uses silicon as a base with outlines of shapes that the students follow with the pen. They are able to create component pieces that are the same size every time, making assembly a snap. Students are excited to use the mat and get going much faster and with more accuracy. I cant wait to see what they construct with the pieces they are making with the 3D Pen and Mat.

I used it for the first time today, because I had not been able to get a workable 3d printing pen until today. Although I purchased it for my 18 yr. old grandson, I had to first try it out myself. I am 82 yrs. old with arthritis in my hands, so when I say its easy to use, you have to believe me. Staying in the lines was easy, and releasing from the mat was quick and easy as well. I think my grandson will have much pleasure in using it.

This mat is a must have for persons who like to use 3D pens. It really helps with constucting pieces for a larger projects. The grooves keep things neat and the pieces release easily. I dont know how I got by without this mat. My projects are so much better now. Give it a try, you will be as pleased as I am with it.

Sturdy and accurate. No issues and very well constructed. It comes in a tube but it had no issues with curling
