This was bought for my 11 year old grandson he gave it high marks

I used it for the first time today, because I had not been able to get a workable 3d printing pen until today. Although I purchased it for my 18 yr. old grandson, I had to first try it out myself. I am 82 yrs. old with arthritis in my hands, so when I say its easy to use, you have to believe me. Staying in the lines was easy, and releasing from the mat was quick and easy as well. I think my grandson will have much pleasure in using it.

Once again I thought the drawing pen came with this order. Now I have to go back and order them pen .

Overall, it makes creating projects with my 3d very easy. I am happy with it so far.

Finally decided to try this mat out and Im glad I did! Right away I decided I wanted to try making a house. I love there are different sections of the mat to meet your different needs as a 3D pen artist. I was so excited to see the cool texture I got on my project when I pulled it off the mat! The mat is clear so I can see my stencils underneath. I love how easy this mat makes it to get perfect straight lines (or triangles and circles) With a little more practice Ill be creating things I never thought I ever could! Anyone starting with 3D pen or even more experienced 3D pen artist like myself should definitely consider giving this mat a try!

It does what it is supposed to do. It could be a bit cheaper, but does its job.

I was hesitant to buy the 3Dmate Design Mat, because it cost the same as the mid price range 3d printing pen I bought for my ten year old daughter. However, I read several reviews that said the mat was really helpful for younger kids to get the hang of using a 3d pen, so I bought the mat. I am really pleased with the mat and completely recommend getting one. My daughter was trying to freehand draw with the pen, and was getting frustrated. I showed her how the grooves on the mat can be used to guide the pen tip, and soon she was excited about using the pen and getting good results. Its pricey, but worth it.

This mat is made from a really nice silicone material that doesnt warp under the heat of the 3d pen. I have enjoyed making all kinds of doodles with this mat. At first it seems like a high price, but Ive been really satisfied with the quality of the product, and with how much it has expanded my doodling capabilities. I know I will be able to use it for a long time to come.
