> 24 hourI had tried everything to clean the disgusting stained mineral build up in my toilet. Only this worked. Sure it takes a little elbow grease, but trust me, when all else has failed, get this. I also read its good to use on foot calluses. Yup it works there, too - much better than any other pumice stone, pumice bar, foot rasp/grater or emery board applications. Then I found it in the hardware store for next time, but I think this will last me a good long while.

> 24 hourWhen I moved into my new place almost a year ago, I made the stupid mistake of doing lots of hand sanding. When I had a bunch of drywall repair that needed to be done recently, I broke down and bought a hand sander as well as these screens and some hand sanding sheets. Why oh why didnt I do this earlier? The screens do an incredible job of getting the finish on my joint compound in fantastic shape. Best of all, the fact that theyre mesh means theyre much slower to clog than regular sandpaper, or even 3Ms hand sanding sheets. And the 220 grit means that they wont pit or gouge the surface. Be aware that because they do such a great job that its possible to over-sand without a lot of effort. And of course, youll end up with a ton of drywall dust. At least it goes into the air and on the floor rather than in the screens.

> 24 hourI bought these at my local big box stores, but I might as well share my disappointment in this product here so people can avoid this. So, when this product is brand new, it works great. But, if you actually put this to work (not just sanding some drywall compound from a few small patches), you WILL break it. I have done some major drywall work in my house, so Ive put this to the test (and it failed). So, this product is actually designed well to retain the sandpaper. The downfall is that this is not manufactured as ONE piece of plastic. The handle is a separate piece of plastic from the flat sanding piece. The handle and sanding piece are held together with two flimsy pieces of plastic (lets call them retaining tabs). After a bit of use, the retaining tabs will break and the handle will fall off! Please see attached photos as to how this fails. Ive broken three of these, and I am now done with this junk. I am an avid DIYer and this is a horrific waste of my precious time. In the morning I am returning for refund and Ill try something else. So, unless the design improves, avoid this at all costs as it will cost you valuable work time.

> 24 hourAfter cleaning the toilet very well I put on gloves after I had cut a piece of this sanding screen off to use on the hard water ring left in the clean toilet. I use barkeepers cleanser and a piece of this product and off came of the toilet ring. There is no scratching of the enamel as had happened when a house cleaner did my toilet and scratched the heck out of it after I told her not to use pumice she used it anyway when I wasn’t looking. Guess she forgot. This is a cheap solution to an ugly problem. I don’t need a house cleaner that badly now.

> 24 hourI tried using this to smooth out some old solder on a copper pipe before connecting a SharkBite fitting. I couldn’t solder on a new pipe because there was a slight leak keeping the pipe wet. The emery cloth worked fine until it got wet. The water almost instantly dissolved the grit down to the cloth so that it became useless. I ended up using some regular sandpaper sheets that worked much better.

> 24 hourRead a cleaning tip to use this stuff to remove hard water marks on toilet bowl. The drywall sanding screen works like a charm for this purpose. Removed the water makes with a few light scrubs. Just take care to press only lightly or you may damage the porcelain finish.
