I used this hub with a keyboard, mouse, and wifi dongle. It worked perfectly.

I bought this for an older computer with only one USB port. It worked very well. Only 4 stars because I wish the cord was longer.

I only have 2 usb ports on my laptop. I need more. This device gives me the extra ports I need. I have my mouse, keyboard, and printer plugged in and they all work just fine. This device does its job. I have not tried opening a file or pictures, but I dont see either being an issue.
