I have one USB port on my laptop that I use for school. I wanted to have my wireless mouse and camera plugged in for tests, and this 4 port was perfect. No lag time, both items work great simultaneously.

I dont know why but the USB plugs dont fit all the way in, flush with the edge of the splitter. They still work though, and I appreciate that. This way I can run wireless mouse and keyboard AND charge my phone at the same time. I havent tried data transfer other than above mentioned interface. So I dont know its speed or ability to handle an external drive yet. But its doing what I bought it for just fine. Thanks!

ive used this for six months now (one to two work days a week) and the past few weeks ive been noticing issues. my video camera that is plugged into the adapter goes in an out. ive noticed it has to do with the angle of the plug into the laptop. but hey, cant complain, it was $12. i will be switching over to a more expensive docking station now. so a quick cheap fix!
