Had to drill a little to work with factory screws but easy mod. Good item

Held the sandpaper for the first 2 minutes and than it flew off. After that it got worse. I would not recommend buying it

A new pad should come with 3 new screws. They are cheap enough to add 1.00 or less to the price. The old screws were a problem for me. Now what?

The product is good quality. It was challenging getting all three screws in on my Makita. The holes did not line up exactly.

This replacement pad fit perfectly and works well. The pad I replaced had worn to the point that the sandpaper would not stick to the hook system.

Yes, I saw the bad reviews but thought I would try one anyway. (I also bought an OEM DEWALT pad at the same time, somewhat expecting to be disappointed with this 1/2 price plastic POS). It installed fine. I started a not very intense sanding job and noticed some strange loud vibration sounds and then the pad completely separated from the sander. Upon examination (see photos), the screw holes had enlarged enough to cause the separation. No fix looks possible. That is my $8+ lesson for the day. Maybe it will help you decide not to buy this one. Looking at all the options here, I am not sure which would be better. Ill be installing the DEWALT later today...hoping it is higher quality than this cheap plastic one.
