Purchased at the end of August and, by the beginning of October, I had to purchase a new one. It was great while it lasted, but the pad itself did not hold up for long.

If anyone else is wondering, these DO fit Ryobi p410 orbital sanders. Based on other comments here I wasnt sure but I took a chance and it worked out. Please note that if your original pad is starting to give out, the stabilizer directly above/behind it may be deteriorated as well. Its an important part.

As my mentioned in a previous review, the pad doesn’t hold the sand paper like it should. The “hooks” are shallow and don’t grab onto the sand paper’s backing like they should.

Easy to install on my older Ryobi RS280 Orbital Sander and fast shipping.

Took a few seconds to attach, a perfect fit on my sander. Not sure why reviews stated problems with attaching. So glad to find this at a good price.

Replacement for OEM part which finally gave out after years of use. This new part is very economical, arrived very fast and was easily installed.
