> 3 dayThis pad has been great! It gets used every night and since I’m a sloppy mixer it does get dirty. When dirty, I just run it through the dishwasher and presto its all clean and ready to go. I just kinda wish I bought a bigger one! My daughter saw mine and bought a larger one for her basement bar and is also thrilled with it.

Greater than one weekMuch thicker than other bar mats Ive tried, and they still look new after a few years of use. No warping while washing them in a dishwasher or putting hot pans on them. I bought a few more since my initial purchase and would recommend them to anyone.

> 3 dayWeve been using this mat for awhile now, and in the world of bar mats, its the best. It is made quite thick, and has a nice weight to it. Your drinking glasses and bar tools definitely will not slip or slide -- the unique staggered peg pattern makes the mat surface very grippy. It also wont move around on a countertop -- the backside of it hugs the surface that its on. Its matte finish is more refined-looking than the shiny, cheap barmats that are common. Its low-maintenance and easy to clean -- a nice addition to a bar or kitchen. Highly recommended!

> 3 dayI use this for my fish rack and its worth every cent. I use to use a dish towel and it would obsorb the water and get a mildew smell, this replaced that and dries out quickly enough that I dont have to wash it very often, it makes cleaning mush easier.

> 3 daySo.. with my home bar, the one thing my wife constantly complains about, is that since I make drinks at the counter, I always seem to miss a spot here and there. Which means playing cleanup after having made drinks at parties and get togethers, a bit of a chore. Out of necessity of oxygen (because I dont want her to suffocate me in my sleep *grin*) I ordered one of these, at the suggestion of a few friends that work as bartenders at bars. Life changing product. No more accidental spills, no more having to constantly clean up the counter (and then make sure its not sticky after drying). This product arrived in a large flat box, to make sure it wasnt bent or creased while shipping. Its heavy, and sturdy.. and actually quite deep. So, if youve had one too many of your own drinks, and have a hard time pouring a new one.. no worries, this thing will catch that spill. Once done, simply toss it into the sink, with a little bit of dish soap.. and rinse it out. Just like brand new :) Seriously, if youre on the fence about buying this one, vs a super cheap one... buy this one.. you wont be disappointed :)

Greater than one weekI dont use this as a bar mat, but to protect my kitchen countertops like an oversized industrial grade silicone trivet. Primarily I use it for cutting boards to steady and dampen impacts, keep airflow underneath, instead of the ad-hoc wet towel which can easily warp wood cutting boards. But its also great to keep a grip on mixing bowls, putting down hot lids, utensils, and basically anything that I wouldnt want to put down on my bare countertop. Also way cheaper to replace if damaged. The totally flat back side can be used in a pinch for kneading (a small) bread and other things that need a smooth surface (I wish the logo was in the corner, but understand this is not the intended purpose). This thing is so hefty and grippy that as long as I put it down on a suitable and clean surface, it takes quite some effort to move significantly. When dirty I just scrub lightly with a brush and toss it in the dishwasher--dont have to baby thing thing much and care is minimal. Contemplating getting another few for a larger padded prep area, but need to free up some kitchen space...

> 3 dayWorks great as a coffee bar mat! And you can use it as an extra large trivet during the holidays for hot bowls and plates of food (buffet style). It’s very versatile.

> 3 dayThe bar mat is thick and sturdy and the oval bumps provide better support than the small circular ones in cheap bar mats. I also recommend this company’s jiggers and shakers and the stirring rod has nice, smooth spirals.
