> 3 dayI purchased both T10 and S9 units. Both units share the same chassis but the S9 control panel is elegance personified. In smart mode the system will indicate the fan speed by the circular LEDs that are in the middle of the control panel. 2 additional LEDs tell you whether the unit is in always on, auto or smart mode. In smart mode the fans will ramp up in response to the temperature rise. Shuts off when things cool off. Highly recommended. In the lowest fan speed the S9 is extremely quiet. Even at that lowest fan setting it keeps my receivers cool to the touch.

> 3 dayI have a Krell Evo with heat sinks that get too hot to touch. I believe this limits the lifespan. Given that the amp costs over $7k I was concerned. I put the S9 on top at now the amp is perfectly cool with no audible fan noise.

Greater than one weekI have been using this for several months now and I can keep my cabinet closed. It keeps my Denon 4300 cool (and the rest of the gear tivo, appletv, amazon tv, bluray)

> 3 dayThis is exactly what my set-up needed. My conrad-johnson vacuum tube preamp was running exceedingly hot once it was relocated to an a/v cabinet. I first ordered the AC Infinity 1238 cooling fan but had a mounting space problem. This component fan solved that problem and has additional features that Im thrilled with, such as the Smart Mode function which shuts the fans off once the temperature drops to normal. Additionally, it is quieter than I thought, even at full speed.

> 3 dayIve had this fan for a week now and I really like the way it keeps my Marantz SR6011 nice and cool. The brushed metal look blends well with my avr and looks sharp. All metal case and has some weight to it. Feels like quality. There are cheaper solutions out there, but Im quite pleased with the performance of this unit.

> 3 dayIt appears that I received a used, or returned, product as there is a deep 1 inch scratch at the top right corner (see photo).

> 3 dayLove this fan unit, using it on top of my Adcom 200 watt stereo amp. Its keeping the amp very cool and runs about 25- 50% most of the time. It blends in very nice too, highly recommend this cooling unit for amps or receivers. I like it so much I bought a 2nd unit to keep atop my Yamaha receiver which runs warm too.

> 3 dayi like using the item in smart mode and watching the indicators letting me know how it it working. the fan noise does not intrude into the sound system output at all.
