> 3 dayThis product is amazing! At first I was like how is this going to cool down my AVR?... Well I took the chance and ordered the 17 for my Denon AVR, install was quick and easy. The manual book was easy to understand the features of the product. I place it over my AVR and turn it on, place my hands on the side of the air vents of my AVR and I can feel the suction of the fans working. I have mine set to smart setting and I see it turn on and cool down my AVR during movies. This product is well made, fans are silent when on and just looks like it belongs with the AVR.

> 3 dayLove this unit; performs as advertised. Did not know how hot my Pioneer Elite A/V amp was getting but am happy to see the AC Infinity kick on frequently. Would definitely buy again and highly recommend it to others.

> 3 dayThe only thing negative is that when the fan is running at medium and low it really interferes with the FM modulation! Sound quality is fine when the fan is set on constant high! Also is fine with all other functions of the AV receiver (CD, blue tooth, ect). The most static is on the low setting.

Greater than one weekThis cooling plate is great. The feature set is much better than you get with ATM or Cool Components, at 1/2 the price (and a much nicer build). Mine as been running for 7 months now, on top of a very hot running Yamaha ZX-9 (one of the hottest running audio receivers ever produced - 130°F on top plate at idle). Also a very dusty environment. Keeps the amp cool and has latest with no issues.

> 3 dayThis is being used to cool down a new A/V receiver I purchased, as more of a preventative measure. The receiver previously used in the main entertainment center always got very hot, and in most cases heat is the great destroyer... This cooling unit sits right on top of my receiver, you can put other equipment directly on top of the cooling case as its sturdy (they say no more than 40 lbs.) and the noise level is negligible. It exhausts upwards, so if you have any equipment properly spaced above it theres a secondary cooling effect on that equipment also. I have it set on the automatic mode; it comes when the temperature reaches 88F and runs until it cools down to 84F. If you have equipment that gets hot or you just want peace of mind, this cooler is something worth considering. Cycles on, cycles off... very efficient. Highly recommended!!!

Greater than one weekHopefully will save my new receiver that runs hot in my cabinet. Nice and quiet. Can set temp to auto and forget about it.
